Charles was on time, quoted me a price up-front, and charged that price even though the job may have taken a bit longer than he originally thought. Excellent work and Charles was extremely professional in every way. He cleaned up under the sink after he was done and left it probably cleaner than when he started :) . Highly recommended.

We had a, potential, gas leak reported and Charles was there ASAP. Lewisville Plumbing is efficient, knowledgeable,experienced, and thorough. Also, something very unusual in today's world... Honest!!! I would trust them with any job. Thanks, Charles.

I’ve had Charles out to my home two times now. He replaced a faucet that was flooding the under part of my counter in the kitchen, and just today I had him out here because my garbage disposal wasn’t working and water was no longer draining from my kitchen sink. He has been incredibly respectful. I own a home alone as a female, and have been taken advantage of by other companies when it comes to other household things. He’s honest, he’s fair and I’ve met a couple of his employees and they’re always incredibly friendly and nice to me. I highly recommend him and the employees that he has had with him. Thank you so much, CHARLES. I appreciate you so much for being fair and making me feel like I wasn’t getting ripped off. That matters so much to me as a single female living in a house alone. I am very impressed with Lewisville Plumping Pros, LLC! I had what I thought would be a difficult and expensive repair to a break in my septic line just outside of my house. A septic service found the issue after utilizing a camera to pinpoint the problem after clearing a clog. However, the septic company did not do this type of repair, and said that I would need to find a plumber who did. After scouring the internet for nearby plumbers and checking many reviews, I decided to take a chance on Lewisville Plumbing Pros, LLC... and I am so glad I did! Charles, the owner and founder of the company, promptly came out to give me a free estimate and then came back the next day to perform the repair at the agreed upon, and what I thought was, a very reasonable price! In fact, I thought it was so reasonable I mentioned several other small plumbing issues that were nagging at me and asked him about them. He gave me a new estimate, which I agreed to, picked up the parts he needed early the next morning, and fixed every one of them! Charles is polite, respectful, clearly describes what is needed to do the repairs, and sticks to the price even if he runs into a snafu or two along the way. I am so happy with Lewisville Plumbing Pros that I am going to use them to replace the shower and tub kit in one of my bathrooms!

If you are prepared to deal with poor communication skills and delay after delay, probably because you are a woman and your job is not going to be prioritized, up until he finally just cancels and wastes weeks of your time, then by all means, have at it and schedule with Lewisville Plumbing "Pros". The low prices are not worth it, better to go with a business that operates with integrity. And the advice really wasn't on point anyway -- he suggested jackhammering the floor when just using a small pump was really the better option, which I had to suggest for him. Really awful experience.

Charles has done a great job for us. He was prompt and and fair priced. We would highly recommend Lewisville Plumbing.
